FSSAI issued Guidance document for detecting adulteration in spices
On 2nd August 2, 2018 FSSAI released a guidance document “Safe Ground Spices”. This document aims to increase consumer ‘s awareness about safety of ground spices and serve as a guide to ensure that consumers do not buy adulterated spices.
